For 10 years, we've expertly managed community associations and districts across the Denver Metro area

Our goal is to enhance your Community by simplifying the process of managing with unparalleled support and communication.  From exceptional customer service to user-friendly online services, we have the people and the tools to make your Community feel like our only Community.

NCM is small enough to provide dedicated attention to each Community yet experienced enough to manage Communities of any size.  Whether 20 units or 2000 plus, NCM can customize a suite of services to fit your Community’s individual needs.

No call centers. All calls and emails are answered directly by the dedicated staff that know your Community inside out.

A carefully selected portfolio of clients allows us to be proactive and address the individual needs of each Community in a timely manner.

NCM complies with the Community Association Institute Professional Code of Ethics and is on track to obtain the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) accreditation.

 

 

NCM's President, Irene Berest, has 20+ years experience managing a varied portfolio of homeowners associations and special districts.

Ms. Berest held office positions on several HOA Boards, as well as oversaw numerous management companies in several states on behalf of a prominent residential developer.  Through her unique and extensive experience in residential development and community management, she created NCM with the vision and focus on personalized and professional management. 

Ms. Berest has successfully obtained the following professional designations from the Community Association Institute (CAI):

  • Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)

  • Association Management Specialist (AMS)

  • Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)
