Make a Payment
On the Owner’s Portal you’ll be able to do the following:
Submit your payments via CREDIT CARD. Fees apply.
Submit your payments electronically via E-CHECK. Fees apply.
Reoccurring E-CHECK/ACH draft – set up auto–draft through the Owner’s Portal. Fees apply.
You must activate your account on the portal to set up the auto-draft or reoccurring credit card payments.
You can select the date of the draft (the last day of the draft is the 13th of each month) Your late date is the 15th of each month. Payments received after the 15th are subject to late fees.
You will receive reminder emails from the portal prior to the draft.
Free E-check autodraft set up through the HOA’s bank’s website.

To make a ONE-TIME payment via E-CHECK or CREDIT CARD, please click HERE. Fees apply and are charged at the time of payment.
You will need to know your specific account information to sign up for autodraft or complete a one-time payment.

NCM does not accept Cash. Please do not mail Cash to the office or the bank PoBox/Lockbox.
Please do not send regular correspondence to the banks PoBox/Lockbox. All regular correspondence should be sent via email or regular mail to the NCM office.
