A submitted form will be made a part of the Associations permanent record, your name will be included in the record and may be provided to the homeowner receiving the violation in the event he/she contests the violation.   If you elect not to provide your name on the form, management will attempt to confirm the alleged violation during the next regularly scheduled site inspection. A violation letter will be issued if the violation was confirmed by management.   Pictures are helpful and can be emailed to your Community Manager. *
