Do you know what your association is required to disclose every year?

C.R.S. § 38-33.3-209.4 of CCIOA  requires associations make certain public disclosures to homeowners. This includes all associations with limited exceptions (time-share communities and certain exempted associations).

There are two lists:

  1. Information that must be disclosed within 90 days after assuming control from the Declarant.

  2. Information that must be disclosed within 90 days after each fiscal year.
