CENTRAL PARK III LIFESTYLE

 

Central Park III Annual Meeting -

The Budget Ratification and Annual meeting of the Association cannot take place without a quorum of owners. The quorum requirement for Central Park Lifestyle III HOA is twenty percent (20%) of all owners in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the proxy below and return to the management office. You may sign your proxy over to an owner or a board member who will be attending the meeting or you can leave it blank for quorum purposes only.


 

Make a Payment

To make a payment online click on the Make a Payment button above. You will need to know your specific account information.  It can be found on the introduction letter dated May 7th, 2021.   

  • Management Company ID – 7382

  • Association ID – 421

  • Account Number – a 4 or 5 code includes letters and numbers and can be found on the introduction letter

On the bank’s website you’ll be able to do the following:

  • Set up an account with the bank for payments.

  • Submit your payments via CREDIT CARD. Fees apply.

  • Submit your payments electronically via E-CHECK or ACH direct debit. No Fees.

  • Reoccurring E-CHECK/ACH draft – set up auto–draft through the Associations bank. No Fees.

    • Once on the bank’s website, create an account. You must create an account to set up the auto-draft or reoccurring credit card payments.

    • You can select the date of the draft (the last day of the draft is the 9th of each month) Your late date is the 10th of each month. Payments received after the 10th are subject to late fees.

    • You will receive reminder emails from the bank prior to the draft.

Bill pay through your bank or regular checks:

If you are using online bill pay through your bank or mailing a check, please do the following:

  • Stop/delete your existing payment and create a new payment with our new processing address below:

  • Ensure the check is made payable to Central Park III Lifestyle and the memo portion includes the following information/instructions: Your Management Company ID - Association ID – Your Account Number (example: 7382 – 421 – XXXXX).

Please note:

  • NCM does not accept Cash. Please do not mail Cash to the office or the bank PoBox/lockbox.

  • Please do not send regular correspondence to the banks PoBox/lockbox. All regular correspondence should be sent via email or regular mail to the NCM office.
